Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets and takes accurate food orders from guests
- Maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of the station before, during, and after shift
- Abides by all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
- Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
- Assists with bussing tables
- Performs various other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
- Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Compensation and Benefits
