We are a members-only tactical training facility specializing in military, law enforcement, and first-responder-style training while remaining open to civilians who are committed to developing real-world skills in a professional training environment. We are a reality-based training facility, focusing on techniques and concepts designed for real-world encounters rather than sport alone. Our mission is to provide high-quality instruction that builds confidence, discipline, accountability, and practical skills that translate outside the academy.

Responsibilities

• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Lead and instruct adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes.
• Teach fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced techniques with an emphasis on safety, proper progression, and practical application.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.
• Mentor students while promoting respect, accountability, and teamwork.
• Assist with academy events, seminars, and special training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to effectively coach adult students of varying skill levels
• Please list your current belt status & any competitions you've competed in
