Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
  • Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on all available programs, initiatives, and resources.
  • Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing accurate sizing advice and maintaining store standards.
  • Maintain store standards and processes on both the sales floor and back-of-house areas, including completing opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in company trainings related to compliance, product knowledge, processes, talent development, and company initiatives.
  • Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
  • Provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
  • Maintain store visual standards and apply visual techniques and company guidelines.

Requirements

A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate around the sales floor and dressing rooms, lift up to 30 lbs., and work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (when required).

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office.
  • Ability to work with chemicals and lift/carry items up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (when required).
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.

Skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
