Part Time Brand Ambassador
About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset.
- Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales per Hour (SPH), data capture, etc.
- Utilize key tools and resources to drive performance and collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence.
- Connect customers via the Polo Connect program.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on the sales floor and back-of-house (BOH).
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), etc.
- Participate in individual company trainings including compliance, product, process, talent development, and company initiatives.
- Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always a priority.
- Provide necessary feedback to Management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques and company guidelines.
Requirements
Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment. Must possess effective communication skills, be able to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately. Must also be able to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours, work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, and include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required). Must build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
