Part-Time, Brand Ambassador

About the Role

The New York Islanders Hockey Club is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to engage with fans and promote community marketing messages at UBS Arena and across the NY Metro Area. This role involves supporting marketing events and activations, including games, watch parties, street team activities, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Promote the New York Islanders and UBS Arena in a professional and respectful manner during events, games, and activations.
• Execute and support fan activations during Islanders or UBS Arena special events at UBS Arena or in the NY Metro Area, including watch parties, street team activities, and more.
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other Brand Ambassadors, New York Islanders, and UBS Arena staff.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work at least 3 home games or events per month.
• Must have weekday + daytime availability, and the ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Must be able to travel to the venue or to a meeting point.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform some manual labor.
