About the role
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is designed for individuals who want to contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment. BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically executing on the branch business plan.
- Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software.

Part-time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12-month measurement period are eligible for:
