Position Details
Location: North Carolina — must reside within the state of North Carolina
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hybrid Schedule
Caseload: Flexible based on availability and geographic region
Service Model: Combination of in-person supervision and telehealth services
Compensation
$110/hour billable rate
Administrative rate paid at 50% of the billable hourly rate per client, per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions
- Maintain timely documentation and clinical records within CentralReach
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in treatment planning, reassessments, and ongoing clinical oversight
- Ensure ethical and HIPAA-compliant clinical practice standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required
- NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA methodologies
- Proficiency with data analysis, treatment modification, and supervision practices
- Experience with CentralReach preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
