What You’ll Do
- Carry out functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as a BCBA
- Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCB
- Design play-based programming using Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Serve as a supervisor and mentor to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality implementation under your guidance
- Maintain oversight of progress through both data and meaningful client outcomes
What You Bring
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
- Strong clinical and communication skills expected of a BCBA
