Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Description
Community Options, Inc. is a national nonprofit organization providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Ogden, Utah.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSP) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Implement and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans
- Provide positive behavioral supports and interventions
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate and adjust treatment plans
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff
- Provide supervision in accordance with BACB standards
- Collaborate with program staff and participate on the clinical team
Minimum Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to build supportive relationships with individuals and families
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to remain calm in crisis situations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
