About the role
We are seeking a Wait Staff member to provide exceptional table service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately
- Serve food and drinks using proper techniques
- Accurately record charges and balance sales at shift end
- Set tables with appropriate linens and utensils
- Perform side work duties and complete them before leaving
- Ensure adherence to sanitation codes
- Maintain a positive attitude and handle difficult situations professionally
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability for holidays
