The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years, with more than 300 locations across the globe. For nearly four decades, we’ve helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through gymnastics-based programs in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Host late-night parties for kids while their parents enjoy adult time.

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and love giving high-fives (background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus).
• Passionate about serving others—making people feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
• Known for maintaining a great attitude and having fun while also knowing when to focus and work hard.
