Primary Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical SupervisorsCollect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progressCollaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatmentParticipate in regular training and supervision sessions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with children, especially those with special needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation for travel to clients' homes Supervision And Support Regular in-person supervision and direction sessions with Clinical SupervisorAccess to Clinical Supervisor support outside of scheduled direction sessionsAccess to peer collaboration with other community-based providersAccess to resources needed for providing in-home and community-based services Working Conditions Flexible, part-time scheduling optionsWe provide each home and community-based Technician with a supply kit to ensure they have everything they need in the home and community (health and safety supplies, sanitation supplies, stimuli and materials, and preferred items for clients) Home And Community Screening Process To ensure the safety and effectiveness of in-home and community-based ABA services, we maintain a thoughtful screening process, including: Initial home environment assessmentSafety checklist completionFamily interview and orientationRegular reassessments to maintain optimal therapy conditions Benefits And Perks Accrued vacation pay40 hours of sick payReferral bonus programCareer development opportunitiesMentorship Pay $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and credentials Schedule Monday-Friday with flexible availability
