Responsibilities

• Provide home‑based ABA services in the greater metro area.
• Set your schedule based on clients' needs.
• Participate in sensory‑friendly community events, Special Olympics, local partnerships, and more.
• Support to supervise and mentor future BCBAs if desired.
• Receive clinical and administrative support when needed.
• Collaborate transparently with the team; your input helps shape programs and practices.
• Work with passionate, like‑minded professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• BCBA certification (or certification in progress – new grads welcome)

Pay

Salaried position of $70,000/year plus earning potential for monthly bonuses.
