Part-Time Baseball Instructor - Warminster, PA

About the Role

At All-Star Sports Academy (ASSA), we are dedicated to our mission of inspiring and mentoring young athletes to become successful individuals. Our Baseball Instructors are the cornerstone of our daily programming, primarily providing 1:1 instruction to ASSA athletes while also supporting additional programs such as camps, clinics, and teams. Instructors are responsible for building and managing their athlete roster, engaging in business development activities, and delivering the All-Star Sports Academy curriculum with positivity and encouragement. This non-exempt role reports to the respective general manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 lessons following the All-Star Way methodology.
• Provide excellent service with a focus on hospitality and positive energy.
• Develop and manage a roster of athletes, fostering long-term player development relationships.
• Support or lead multi-player programs, including camps, clinics, and teams.
• Continuously learn and implement the All-Star Sports Academy curriculum.
• Interact daily with youth athletes and their families, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Engage in outbound sales and business development activities to grow the athlete roster.
• Research prospects and leads to identify potential accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Handle and convert unsolicited prospect calls into sales.
• Overcome objections from prospective customers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized training center.
• Help build and coach training center teams.
• Coordinate with the sales department regarding training center rentals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Coaching, teaching, or instructing experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth athletes.
• Strong work ethic.
