Part Time Barista

About the role

A part-time Shake Smart Barista prepares and serves coffee, espresso drinks, and food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met following HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately taking and entering orders
• Handling payments
• Replenishing supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
• Demonstrates excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers, explaining menu items, and promoting sales
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area
• Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient service

Qualifications & Skills

Previous food service or barista experience preferred but training will be provided. Must be able to communicate effectively, work efficiently, and uphold food safety standards.
