About the role

Serve food and beverages in a courteous and professional manner, promote retail pastry sales and gift basket programs, and maintain quality presentation.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain espresso machines
• Know the food and beverage menu
• Ensure quality and appearance of coffee orders
• Handle phone calls
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old

Physical & Work Requirements

• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bend or reach without restrictions
• Flexibility to meet union-scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
