Part-Time Barista

Full-time, non-exempt position averaging 20 hours per week with exceptional pay.

About the role

Serve all products with friendly, individualized attention toward each resident while following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
• Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service with a lively attitude
• Demonstrate exemplary menu and product knowledge
• Maintain property and adequate set-up of coffee station daily
• Clean equipment and entire coffee bar area
• Order all products needed for coffee bar
• Stand for numerous hours at a time

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
• Capacity to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a barista role preferred
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods
• Work a minimum of 5 shifts per week and availability to work weekends

Schedule

5-hour shifts, including weekends.
