About the Role

Jovie is hiring experienced, engaging caregivers to provide in-home care for children of all ages with local families throughout Wayzata, MN. This part-time position offers evening and weekend hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
• Support feeding, naps, and daily routines
• Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities
• Communicate with parents about their child’s day
• Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow

Schedule

• Evenings and weekends
• Most shifts occur between 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Work at least 2 shifts per week

Requirements

• At least 2 years of childcare experience
• Love working with children of all ages
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills with parents and children
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to provide references (at least 2 related to childcare work; 1 character)
• Minimum age: 17.5 years old

Pay

$16.50 - $18.00/hour
