About the role
Michael Snyder Service Center is seeking a part-time auto technician with 2 to 10 years (or more) experience, specializing in Mercedes Benz vehicles. The position offers the opportunity to grow within a well-known and respected repair shop in York, PA.
Responsibilities
- Learn quickly and follow coaching and direction
- Grow into a specialist in Mercedes Benz vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Attend MBUSA instructor-led training
- Road test vehicles to ensure proper function
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Automotive repair service experience
- Any automotive certifications are a plus
- A team player with focus on customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of computers
- Punctual attendance and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- PA state inspectors and emissions certification required
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus
