Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay rate for this role is $18.40, and our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, room discounts, and many other benefits to eligible employees.
Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant you’ll make sure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work, creating a haven for them to escape and relax or get a bit of last minute work done.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and suites.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed.
- Keep track of room service progress and report any necessary repairs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Organize supplies and amenities to minimize waste.
- Return misplaced items to their rightful owners.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What We Need From You
- Fitness and strength to handle physical tasks.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
- Literacy skills for reading, writing, and basic math.
- A flexible attitude towards shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The salary range listed is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
