Part-Time Associate Veterinarian - Queen Creek
About the role
CityVet Queen Creek is looking for a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team for approximately two days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian seeking balance, a change of pace, or the opportunity to stay connected to practice without a full-time schedule.
About the hospital
Our hospital is designed to provide a comfortable, well-equipped environment for both our team and our patients, including:
- Four exam rooms
- Dedicated surgery suite with two anesthesia machines
- Dental suite with handheld dental radiography
- Full digital radiography
- Ultrasound with echocardiography capabilities
- MLS multi-wave therapy laser
- Abaxis analyzers and OptiCell laboratory analyzer
- 30-minute appointments
- A growing surgical and dental caseload
We’re also building strong relationships within the local community and with area rescue organizations, including opportunities to support organizations like Freedom Frenchy with surgical care.
Responsibilities
This role involves practicing medicine thoughtfully in a busy general practice environment. You’ll work independently, communicate effectively with your team, and contribute to a collaborative and kind workplace culture.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure
- Comfortable working in a general practice environment with a growing caseload
- Surgical and dental experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine
