Part-Time Associate Position Available Holistic + Somatic Psychotherapy Practice

About the role

This is a unique position for a very specific candidate. Dr. Courtnay Meletta, LPCC, LMHC is hiring a part-time or full-time California registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW).

Responsibilities

• Build clinical hours in a private practice setting with a holistic, somatic, depth-oriented team.
• Network, market, and participate in building your caseload.
• Work on a commission-based structure.
• Enjoy being part of a thoughtful, creative, clinically engaged team.
• Have a warm, grounded, responsible, and collaborative attitude.
• Be open to feedback, self-reflection, and exploring countertransference, clinical blocks, and your own developing therapeutic voice.
• Grow not only as a clinician, but also as a private practice therapist.

Requirements

• Current registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW in California.
• Availability to see clients part-time, including some evening or weekend availability preferred.
• Commitment to weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Interest in holistic, somatic, trauma-informed, and integrative psychotherapy.
• Willingness to actively participate in building your caseload.
