Role Overview: An Associate Banker is responsible for providing exceptional client service, creating a welcoming environment, and building trusted relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, manage lobby traffic, assist with transactions, open accounts, and educate clients on digital banking tools like mobile apps and ATMs. Perform branch operations while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations. Share product knowledge and solutions, and introduce clients to specialists to help achieve their financial goals. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent client service skills, ability to build relationships, effective communication, quick learner of products and procedures, cash handling experience preferred, and a high school diploma or GED. Additional Capabilities: Ability to influence and educate customers on technology solutions, resolve issues with attention to detail, and work collaboratively to elevate the client experience.
