Part-Time Associate

About the role

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to step into a part-time leadership role focused on solving financial illiteracy. This position is 100% remote and includes in-house online tools and training. No prior financial work experience is required, as we prioritize a strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction.
• Interact with clients and associates on an ongoing basis, providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies covering business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning.
• Work with clients to develop customized financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Help clients understand their financial situation and provide expert advice on budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals to think creatively and make a positive impact.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Desire to help individuals and families improve their financial futures.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Customer service, leadership, coaching, or management experience.
• Education, military, or service-oriented experience.

Training & Support

• In-house training provided in both group and individual settings.
• Access to experienced brokers and business mentors for guidance.
• Personally customized scheduling.
• No financial skills or prior knowledge required.
