Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards.
• Model excellent customer service practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, and accurately process transactions.
• Aid in merchandise preparation, store recovery, and safety initiatives.
• Support loss prevention and store shrink reduction efforts.
• Participate in a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect.
