Part-Time Family Law/Criminal Law Associate (Remote except for Court Appearances) - Law Office of Cory Easton, P.C., Belleville, IL Solo general practicioner seeks an Illinois-licensed attorney for a part-time associate position. Up to 25 hours per week. Salary: $50,000/year. Remote work; firm meetings held by Zoom with no in-office requirement. Work 100% from home except for court apperances. Weekly in-person court appearances in St. Clair County (20th Judicial Circuit) for docket calls and motion hearings. In-person appearances in several other counties (Randolph, Clinton, Washington, Madison, Monroe, etc) Prepare and answer discovery; draft pleadings and motions Practice areas: dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree matters, traffic and criminal law. No trial work required. Trial work available at additional compensation for interested candidates.
