Part-time Assisted Living Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate resident care in an assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise nursing services
• Respond to medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff
• Monitor infection control and promote safety standards
• Perform assessments and assist with examinations
• Respond to emergencies
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Support facility goals of restraint and lift reduction
• Participate in educational meetings and adhere to policies
• Assist with staffing in the absence of the scheduler or director

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of Nursing training program
• Current Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification
• Previous geriatric nursing experience preferred

Pay

$30.91 to $45 per hour

Schedule

Part-time hours, including weekends and some holidays.
