About the role

The Goddard School® located in Pflugerville, TX is growing and looking to add a caring, energetic, and reliable Morning Part-Time Teacher Assistant to support a high-quality learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Schedule

Morning schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Pay

Competitive pay: $14–$16/hour (based on experience and qualifications).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to safely support young children
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Must be willing to prepare snacks, lunches, and breaks for any classroom

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Prior experience in a licensed child care center
  • Preferred: Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
