About the role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 who can lead the store and drive sales while building relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and comp sales goals
- Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
- Create buzz and engage customers through promotions and social media
- Lead operations, balancing autonomy, customer-first practices, and loss prevention
- Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
- Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
- Messure and merchandise the store according to planograms and launch promotions on time
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and team development
- Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
