What You'll Do

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
  • Use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success.
  • Support the management team in daily operations and meeting sales targets.
  • Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when your Manager gets pulled away.
  • Open and close the store, as needed.
  • Work the register; process sales transactions and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Close out the register and communicate and shortages or overages to your Store Manager.
  • Understand store sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs: UPT and ADT.
  • Aid in planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
  • Communicate fashion & music trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
  • Work with Store Management to ensure there's no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft.
  • Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
  • Help develop and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you.
  • Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year of retail store experience.
  • If you love music and pop culture, you're in the right place!
  • Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your peeps.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • The usual retail stuff (with or without reasonable accommodation): able to navigate your way around the store, merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
