What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Model and lead a customer-first selling culture
• Analyze business trends and problem-solve opportunities
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing training and accountability
• Execute daily business tasks and duties
• Plan and prioritize according to business needs
