We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Conway area to oversee sales, customer service, and team management at a new location. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up, managing workflow, and assisting with daily operations when the manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays

Pay

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, combining hourly pay and commissions.
