Part-Time Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing, selling, and promoting all products and services, ensuring adherence to store standards. They greet customers professionally, document concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate services. They communicate effectively with customers, provide accurate quotes, and update on service progress. The role involves promoting sales, conducting follow-ups, and tracking warranty and return parts. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior Service Advisor experience preferred; valid driver’s license; ability to obtain State Inspector License and ASE certification within specified timeframes; professional appearance; and ability to work at least five days including weekends. Key Duties: Customer greeting, needs assessment, service recommendation, quoting, promoting products, maintaining customer files, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned.
