Part-Time Assistant Manager

Role Overview The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to build brand loyalty and exceed sales goals.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs and foster accountability.Contribute to hiring, training, and developing team members.Maintain merchandising and operational standards to ensure a smooth store operation.Create memorable shopping moments through product knowledge and authentic engagement.Support the Store Manager in achieving store success and building a strong team culture. Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.Strong communication skills with a caring approach.Business acumen with analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.Ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks.Minimum age of 18 with proof of eligibility to work.Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for long periods and lifting 50+ pounds. Additional Information The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, supporting team development, and ensuring store standards.
