Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build brand loyalty and exceed sales goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs and foster accountability.
• Contribute to hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards to ensure a smooth store operation.
• Create memorable shopping moments through product knowledge and authentic engagement.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store success and building a strong team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring approach.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks.
• Minimum age of 18 with proof of eligibility to work.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for long periods and lifting 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $17.10 to $21.45 based on experience.
