Part-Time Assistant Manager

Role: Retail Manager responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team in a mountain resort setting. Responsibilities: Drive sales, maintain inventory, enforce policies, recruit and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage budgets, and stay updated on industry trends. Ensure high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, at least 1 year of ski/snowboard staff management, high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Retail POS familiarity is preferred.
