- You must be 18 years or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Operate a manual tamper to compact trash safely
- Work around trash, recycling, and waste
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
What You’ll Do
- Help maintain apartment communities by keeping common areas, disposal areas, and outdoor spaces clean and well cared for.
- Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming.
- Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment.
- Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
- Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services.
- Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
- Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
- Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
