About the Role

Kennesaw State University is accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited-term faculty positions in the Department of Mathematics for the academic year 2026-2027. These positions are on an as-needed, semester-by-semester basis and are for work performed in the state of Georgia. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching undergraduate courses in mathematics. Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in mathematics, or a closely related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior teaching experience of collegiate mathematics courses.
