Part time AM Sales Associate

About the role

Deliver exceptional guest service in a Frost Bake Shop retail location during daytime hours.

Pay

$12 - $14/hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest service by modeling exemplary service delivery, including acknowledging every guest, answering the store phone in a timely manner, maintaining exceptional standards for cleanliness and product quality, possessing solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
• Handle guest payments with accuracy and discretion, protecting credit card information at all times.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in front cases, staging area, and refrigerators; ensure quality of products stocked.
• Assist with supply inventory by assembling and branding packaging.
• Complete cleaning tasks continuously, including washing dishes, wiping tables, chairs, front doors, cases, windows, restrooms, and service areas; refer to and work on the weekly cleaning list for additional duties during slow guest traffic.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Work Environment

This job operates in a climate-controlled retail environment with occasional exposure to a 0-degree walk-in. Appropriate cold-weather gear is provided at each location.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
