Sales and Marketing Overview

The Agent, Vacation Sales Travel Team, serves as a brand ambassador for TNL, engaging in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and sharing information about the vacation club experience. Responsibilities include greeting, presenting, and incentivizing prospective customers to purchase a mini vacation package that includes a timeshare presentation, attending all scheduled training sessions, and setting and reviewing performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to purchase a mini vacation package that includes a timeshare presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (95% time).
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current and updated on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (5%).
  • Travel 100% of the time, including weekends, holidays, and overnight travel as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
