About the role

Honeydew Drop's mission is to provide high quality childcare, parental support. Honeydew has been serving the Brooklyn community since 1999. We care for children ages 3 months to 5 years old in 5 small programs in 4 locations in Park Slope, Fort Greene and the Kensington area. Our focus is the social emotional health and growth of the children, their families and their caregivers. We believe that teaching children to become independent resilient and part of a community will best prepare them for school and life. We have a supportive work environment that supports teachers in their education, training and classroom performance.

Responsibilities

• Teach children ages 3 months to 5 years old
• Support the social emotional health and growth of the children, their families and their caregivers
• Work in a supportive environment that encourages professional development

Requirements

• At least one year experience in an early childhood setting
• A career track in Early Childhood

Qualifications

• Associate CDABA in ECE
