Teach Engaging Enrichment Classes
Lead fun, energetic cheerleading sessions for students in a flexible, part-time role. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging after-school cheerleading sessions for students
- Facilitate skill-building activities and team routines
- Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive participation
- Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits completed
- Experience with cheerleading, dance, coaching, or related performance activities
- Experience working with youth (schools, camps, sports programs, or after-school settings)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
