About the role

Join our Venice satellite location as a licensed provider delivering thoughtful, medically guided injectable care within a premium, plan-based guest experience.

We are seeking a Florida-licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner to support our growing Venice presence. The ideal candidate brings sound clinical judgment, an elevated service mindset, and the ability to deliver individualized injectable treatment plans rather than transactional appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thoughtful consultations, assess candidacy, establish realistic expectations, and develop individualized plans of care.
• Perform wrinkle relaxer and dermal filler treatments within active Florida licensure, training, credentialing, and demonstrated competency.
• Maintain accurate documentation, informed-consent practices, photography, treatment records, and appropriate follow-up.
• Educate patients about risks, benefits, alternatives, preparation, aftercare, maintenance, and when treatment should be deferred.
• Collaborate with Eternal providers and the Client Experience team to support continuity, retention, and a polished patient journey.
• Contribute to appropriate outreach, education, events, content, and community growth when aligned with the role.

Requirements

• Florida-licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP).
• Experienced aesthetic injector candidates are preferred; training depth, portfolio quality, judgment, communication, professionalism, and brand alignment will be considered.

Client Experience Role (Future Pipeline)

• Manage appointments, incoming calls, text communication, confirmations, checkout, and guest follow-up.
• Support inventory, administrative tasks, promotions, events, outreach, and internal workflows.
• Communicate Eternal’s plan-based approach clearly while maintaining a warm, polished, high-service experience.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service is valuable.
