Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic effects, and respond to adverse reactions.
• Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and ensure exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with medical providers, adhere to standards of practice, and embody organizational values to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Requirements

• RN license.
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
