Job Summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Activities and Events Coordinator to join our community. We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling options, and a comprehensive benefit package.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct programs providing physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual opportunities for residents.
  • Attend and assist in coordinating community planned functions, including set-up, running, and breakdown.
  • Aid in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for planned activity events.

Qualifications

  • One to three years experience in assisted living or long-term care with memory care patients preferred.
  • Proficient verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to encourage and motivate older adults.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated creative ability.
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and consensus-building skills.
