About the role
We are hiring a Part Time-Accounting Intern at Concord Hospitality at our Dual AC/Hyatt University Area Location. The position offers hands-on experience with hotel accounting and financial processes, exposure to hospitality operations, mentorship from experienced professionals, and competitive wages with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Aid with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly financial reporting and audit preparation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the company, the brand, and the government.
- Reflect high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization.
- Assist other Leadership Team members and/or managers when needed.
- Complete all required accounting functions for the property as advised by GM and Corporate Directors.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (experience with Excel required).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment.
