You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure their financial processes run smoothly while delivering excellent customer support and communication. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and accounting needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and ongoing account support
  • Manage client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping-related tasks
  • Monitor account health and provide regular reporting and updates
  • Support clients in navigating and utilizing QuickBooks effectively
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or account management experience
  • QuickBooks Certification required
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role and managing multiple accounts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
