About the role
The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills, experience in bookkeeping, and is QuickBooks Certified. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure their financial processes run smoothly while delivering excellent customer support and communication.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and accounting needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and ongoing account support
- Manage client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping-related tasks
- Monitor account health and provide regular reporting and updates
- Support clients in navigating and utilizing QuickBooks effectively
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or account management experience
- QuickBooks Certification required
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a client-facing role and managing multiple accounts
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
