Responsibilities

• Subjects to be taught: Math - Algebra 1 (8th Grade)
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments.
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff.
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students.

Qualifications

• Must hold a completed 4‑year degree.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired.

Requirements

• In‑person availability is required.
• Complete and pass a background check (may include fingerprinting based on location).

Schedule

Seeking availability Mondays through Fridays during/afterschool hours.

Pay

• Excellent rate of pay: $40 per hour
• Paid onboarding/training/preparation/support: $22.00 per hour
