Part-time 3rd Shift Caregiver

About the role

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. The role encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. This is a part‑time, third‑shift position.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Promote socialization, cognitive engagement, and physical health.
• Encourage independence and support resident choice.
• Maintain resident dignity through respectful interactions.
• Participate in designated facility in‑services.
• Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior direct‑care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
