About the role
As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service: greet clients as they enter the branch, make them feel heard and cared for, leverage a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including the usage of technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions. Partner with other branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
