About the Role

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent our brand and culture by delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll build lasting relationships, exceed expectations, and contribute to the branch's success using cutting-edge financial technology and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
